If your treatment takes longer than expected, we will help you arrange flight changes and visa extensions if necessary.

Airport Transfer Service by Ambulance/Limousine

Upon request, SunCare can arrange transportation from the airport to the hospital or hotel by ambulance or limousine.

SunCare partners with Hotels and travel agencies to help customers book suitable accommodation, at competitive prices and with support services when needed. This ensures customers have peace of mind about their accommodation when staying in Singapore.

SunCare provides interpreters when customers visit doctors and undergo medical examinations in Singapore. At the same time, SunCare supports translation of documents, medical reports and other interpretations when customers request.

Short-term visa extension

Our Patient Support Center staff will assist you in extending your short-term visa if your treatment takes longer than expected.

We will need the patient's and accompanying person's passports, proceed as follows:

• Fill out the visa application form
• Extension for medical reasons

Please return completed forms to us at least 1 week before the due date.

Visa extensions are subject to ICA regulations and may incur administrative fees.
